Preparing for labour: prenatal doula sessions
Sessions to help you prepare for birth, create your birth wish list, teach you coping mechanisms and help you address any specific concerns you may have. Includes text and email support up to the birth.
$60-100 CAD / 2 hour session

Virtual Postpartum Support
– Breastfeeding support
– Support with the emotional and physical recovery after birth
– Research on different topics, then providing you with the information so you can make choices
– Baby soothing techniques
– Other services that may be provided virtually
*Minimum commitment: two hours.

Crafting Your Postpartum Experience
Private workshop for you and your partner so you can prepare for the postpartum experience. Hand-outs and exercises will be provided, as well as lots of support! Best to schedule in your third trimester.
Topics include:
– How will your home look like in this new life stage? Any changes that need to be made?
– How will you manage de recovery of your body? How will you nourish yourself?
– How will your relationship change? What expectations you both have?
– How do you relax? What brings you joy?
– How will the first weeks look like? Who will support you?
Topics will be covered in 2 two-hour sessions.

Virtual Perinatal Education Class
Taylor-made class to cover specifically the needs you have. What are your doubts and concerns? What do you wish to learn about related to your pregnancy, birth or postpartum period?
$110-150 CAD / 3 hour session
