If you’re interested in having a doula by your side at the time of the birth of your baby, you’ve come to the right place. I have a range of packages to better fit your needs. In the case you’re looking for something more specific, don’t be shy, leave a message!

Services can be provided in English, Spanish or French.
All birth, labour and postpartum services include phone, text and email support until the end of the agreement.
For all packages, there is a complimentary first meeting where we will get to know each other, I will explain all the service terms and solve any doubts you may have before signing a contract.

As with my other services, I offer a sliding scale for postpartum rates. You don’t know how much is the right rate for you? Check here so you can self-assess, no questions asked. I believe this will be a relationship of trust.

Labour support: dedicated labour support to you and your partner (if applicable) during active labour and birth, at home, in a hospital or a birthing center. It includes the use of various comfort measures such as massage, aromatherapy, breathing and relaxation techniques, positioning and more. It includes your whole labour, with the use of a backup doula or some to rest if it’s longer than 24 hours. 
Immediate postpartum is included in all the packages, where I will stay with you for the first 1-2 hours after your baby is born.
